The 5Essentials Survey is open from February 3 to March 13, 2026, and is completed online in approximately 10 minutes. This survey is a comprehensive, evidence-based tool designed to drive school improvement and generate a detailed picture of our school's inner workings. As a parent, this opportunity allows you to share your thoughts on the important elements of school effectiveness in a survey about Evergreen Elementary School.
